Catalyst Onboarding

7min

Overview

Catalyst is a new offering for SHI Customers that bundles numerous Microsoft offerings in an "a-la-cart" way.

SHI One supports Catalyst customers through several features. In order to ensure that your Catalyst customer is fully onboarded and able to access the full set of Catalyst-supporting features in SHI One, there are three connectors that will need to be enabled for the customer. Each of these Connectors enables a specific set of features.

With a Catalyst contract in place, customers will get access to submit Service Requests on that contract within SHI One. This includes:

  • Support
    • New Requests
    • View Requests
    • Service Request Reports
    • Knowledge Base
