Catalyst Onboarding
Catalyst is a new offering for SHI Customers that bundles numerous Microsoft offerings in an "a-la-cart" way.
SHI One supports Catalyst customers through several features. In order to ensure that a Catalyst customer is fully onboarded and able to access the full set of Catalyst-supporting features in SHI One, there are three connectors that will need to be enabled. Each of these Connectors enables a specific set of features.
With a Catalyst contract in place, customers will get access to submit Service Requests on that contract within SHI One. This includes:

- Service Request Reports
- Knowledge Base
This will allow Catalyst customers to see data specifically related to their Azure cloud cost & usage. This enables them to track in detail where they are spending money within Azure, and find opportunities for optimizing costs and performance.
