Introduction & Purpose
The Orders (Beta) page gives you a centralized way to view and manage your order activity in SHI One. It brings together order information from multiple order sources, not just web orders, so you can track order progress, review shipment details, and take action from one place.
You can use this page to:
- View order details across supported order sources
- Check the current status of each order
- Review shipped, delivered, or processing items
- See who placed an order
- Return eligible orders, reorder items, or send invoices
Depending on your permissions, you may be able to view:
- My Orders
- All Orders
- Storefront Orders
