## Feature Overview

Use Order Approvals to review and approve or deny orders that require your authorization.

## Getting Started

### Access Order Approvals

1. Open **View Orders**.
2. Select **Pending Approvals**.

You can also access Order Approvals from the account menu or Tools menu.

## Review Pending Approvals

1. Open **Pending Approvals**.
2. Review orders assigned to you.
3. Use search to find a specific Web Order ID or requester.
4. Expand an order to preview products.

## View Product Details

1. Select a product name.
2. Review product and inventory information in Product Quick View.

## Review an Order

1. Select **Review** for an order.

1. Review: 
   - Order information
   - Products and pricing
   - Checkout answers
   - Approval history
   - Shipping and billing details
2. Select **Next** to continue.

## Approve an Order

1. Complete any required approver questions.
2. Select **Approve**.
3. Enter comments if needed.
4. Add additional notification recipients if desired.
5. Select **Next**. 
6. Review the summary. 
7. Confirm the acknowledgment and submit. 
8. Result: The order is approved and removed from the Pending Approvals queue.

## Deny an Order

1. Complete any required approver questions.
2. Select **Deny**.
3. Enter a reason for the denial.
4. Add optional notification recipients.
5. Review the summary. 
6. Confirm the acknowledgment and submit. 
7. Result: The order is denied and removed from the Pending Approvals queue.
