How to Approve a User

overview there are multiple ways and reasons to submit a support request in shi one this doc explains the different types of support requests as well as examples of issues associated with each request type, and also details what happens to a request once it's submitted approving a user on the lefthand sidebar, navigate to settings > user management click awaiting approval to see the list of all users awaiting access these are users that have attempted to sign in and have requested access but are not yet approved to use the shi one platform be you or your shi one admin(s) click the edit (pencil icon) next to the user that you want to approve approve the user by selecting the users role and account click save to assign the appropriate permissions to a user see docid 6d mq3wus0nidmu4esznt
