a summary of information from the lifecycle management page this shows a quick highlight of how many total events (eg renewals, refreshes, etc ) are coming in the selected date range, which can be customized in the upper right corner users can also click the link in the lower left to view the full lifecycle timeline upcoming renewals this widget shows a list of renewal events coming in the next on their way to shi's warehouse), outgoing assets (those items on their way from shi's warehouse to you), assets available to transfer (the total number of assets that are available for order), and products at inventory level risk (any items where the current level is insufficient for your average monthly order volume) hardware by age this graph shows the assets which you have procured through shi, sorted by their age this allows users to quickly discern whether they may need to begin planning for large refresh motions, if for example a high number of laptops is approaching their end of life covered assets by product this widget shows which assets are currently protected by some sort of coverage plan (eg a manufacturer's warranty) this data is sorted by specific products, and will show the manufacturer as well as how many of each type of product are covered and the percentage of covered assets that product represents asset overview the asset overview widget shows an overall summary of your total asset estate this data is at an individual asset level so, for example, if you had 10 different laptops, each unique one would be shown here separately the widget includes a breakdown of assets by type (eg hardware, software, etc ), the categories of your assets (eg network, end user, etc ), the lifecycle states that your assets fall in to, and how well your assets are covered by a service plan users can click on any of these categories to view the detailed breakdown in the discovered asset inventory product overview this widget shows data similar to the asset overview, but consolidated down to specific products so using the above example of 10 laptops, if those 10 were made up of 2 different models of laptop, you would see 2 entries here (one for each model of laptop) the data is again broken out into types (eg software), categories (eg end user), and lifecycle states spend this widget shows a breakdown of all of your spend with shi over a given period users can specify the time period they wish to see using the menu in the upper right corner of the widget the spend is shown across that time, and compared to the previous period so for example if you view the last 12 months, it would be compared to the 12 months before that if you then changed the time frame to the previous 90 days, the data would automatically compare vs the 90 days before that spend is broken down by category (eg software, networking), by manufacturer, and by types of asset (eg hardware, softare) integration center orders this widget pairs with the previous integration
