getting started accessing the feature navigate to my accounts > select your account > storefronts open the storefront you want to review click the catalog tab it appears before standards and settings if you do not see the catalog tab, confirm you have an admin, procurement admin, or global admin role, or the storefront manager role using catalog policies (step by step guides) 1\ viewing the base exactly what to request from your rep 6\ filtering and sorting the product table open the catalog search table apply the in catalog filter to show only products currently in your catalog click a column header to sort the table by that column’s options result you can focus on in catalog products and order the table to find items faster 7\ opening quick product details find a product in the product list click the linked product name review the side panel that opens the side panel provides product details only no actions such as add to cart are available result you can view more product information without leaving the catalog page 8\ adding or removing a product from standards in the product tab, locate the in standards column for the product row if the product is not in your catalog, a message explains that only in catalog products can be added to standards contact your shi representative to have the product added to your catalog first to add the product to standards, click the in standards toggle in the modal, select the standards folders to add the product to, or create new folders confirm to save the product is added to the selected folders and persists to remove the product from standards, click the in standards toggle a modal lists all folders the product currently belongs to confirm removal the product is removed from standards and persists result the in standards status updates accordingly, and the change is reflected across your storefront in near real time 9\ enabling standards only catalog open the storefront and click the catalog tab in the base catalog section, locate the “override catalog to standards only” toggle turn the toggle on review the confirmation message and confirm the action result your shoppers’ experience is limited to only the products in your standards this overrides other catalog rules while enabled 10\ disabling standards only catalog return to the catalog tab turn the “override catalog to standards only”
